Overview

This website is operated by Balaji chains and Jewellery ("we", "us", "House of Parvani"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product colours may vary slightly due to screen/lighting differences. Handcrafted pieces may have minor natural variations, which are not defects.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or discontinue any product at any time.

Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, are out of stock, or contain pricing errors, with a full refund.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways ([Razorpay/Shopify Payments/etc.]). We do not store your card details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — images, designs, logos, and text — is the property of House of Parvani and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
